Application value of psychological nursing based on King standard theory combined with evidence-based theory functional exercise in continuous nursing of ankylosing spondylitis
Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing based on King standard theory combined with evidence-based theory functional exercise in continuous nursing of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods A total of 126 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 63 cases in each group. The control group adopted with routine continuous nursing, and the observation group adopted with psychological nursing based on King standard theory combined with evidence-based theory functional exercise on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the finger-to-ground distance and pillow-to-wall distance in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and the thoracic activity was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index(BASMI)and Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of tenacity,self-strengthening and optimism were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of functional exercise compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on King standard theory combined with evidence-based functional exercise in continuous nursing of ankylosing spondylitis can promote the improvement of spinal function, improve psychological resilience, and promote the compliance of functional exercise.
