中文摘要：目的探讨基于King达标理论的心理护理结合循证理论功能锻炼在强直性脊柱炎延续性护理中的应用价值.方法选取2021年 5月至 2022 年5 月收治的126 例强直性脊柱炎患者,根据护理方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各63 例.对照组采用常规延续性护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于King达标理论的心理护理结合循证理论功能锻炼.比较两组的干预效果.结果干预后,观察组的指地距、枕墙距小于对照组,胸廓活动度大于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动性指数(BASDAI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎计量指数(BASMI)及Bath强直性脊柱炎功能性指数(BASFI)评分均低于对照组,坚韧、自强及乐观评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组的功能锻炼依从性优良率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论基于King达标理论的心理护理结合循证理论功能锻炼用于强直性脊柱炎延续性护理中可促进患者脊柱功能改善,提高心理弹性,也能促进功能锻炼依从性提升.

外文摘要：Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing based on King standard theory combined with evidence-based theory functional exercise in continuous nursing of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 126 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 63 cases in each group.The control group adopted with routine continuous nursing,and the observation group adopted with psychological nursing based on King standard theory combined with evidence-based theory functional exercise on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the finger-to-ground distance and pillow-to-wall distance in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,and the thoracic activity was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index(BASMI)and Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of tenacity,self-strengthening and optimism were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of functional exercise compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on King standard theory combined with evidence-based functional exercise in continuous nursing of ankylosing spondylitis can promote the improvement of spinal function,improve psychological resilience,and promote the compliance of functional exercise.
