Objective To explore the intervention effect of goal-oriented nursing in patients with septic shock and its influence on oxygenation function. Methods A total of 92 patients with septic shock admitted from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group(46 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(46 cases,goal-oriented nursing)by random number table method. The oxygenation function indexes, circulatory function indexes and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),partial pressure of oxygen/fraction of inspired oxygen(PaO2/FiO2)and central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO2)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the heart rate of the two groups was lower than that before intervention, and the central venous pressure(CVP)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation-Ⅱ(APACHE-Ⅱ)and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal-oriented nursing can significantly enhance the condition control effect of patients with septic shock, ameliorate their oxygenation and circulatory function, effectively protect the important organ function of patients, prevent organ failure and improve prognosis.
