Effects of continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with empathy nursing on disease knowledge, attitude and behavior and mood state of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with empathy nursing on disease knowledge, attitude and behavior and mood state of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Methods A total of 80 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with empathy nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of disease cognition, health belief and health behavior in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)and Profile of Mood States(POMS)in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)in the two groups decreased, the levels of free triiodiothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory combined with empathy nursing can promote the improvement of disease knowledge, attitude and behavior, mood state and thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy, which is worthy of promotion.
