Objective To explore the application effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in natural delivery puerpera and its influence on postpartum psychological state.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,120 puerperae who completed natural delivery in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the pelvic floor muscle tension score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise can significantly alleviate the negative emotion of natural delivery puerpera,promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life.
