Effects of nutrition assessment combined with nutrition management knowledge experiential granting method on nutrition knowledge mastery and nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective To explore the effects of nutrition assessment combined with nutrition management knowledge experiential granting method on nutrition knowledge mastery and nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted from May 2019 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by routine nursing mode, and the observation group was intervened by nutrition assessment combined with nutrition management knowledge experiential granting method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of nutrition knowledge mastery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of disease commonality and symptom management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),total protein(TP),transferrin(TRF),haemoglobin(HGB)and total iron binding capacity(TIBC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional assessment combined with nutrition management knowledge experiential granting method can improve the nutritional knowledge mastery and self-efficacy of maintenance hemodialysis patients, and improve the nutritional status.
