产前情景式健康宣教联合协同式待产心理护理对初产妇分娩自我效能及分娩结局的影响

摘要
目的 探讨产前情景式健康宣教联合协同式待产心理护理对初产妇分娩自我效能及分娩结局的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 6 月至 2023 年 2 月我院收治的 100 例初产妇为研究对象,按照收治时间的不同将其分为对照组(50 例,常规护理干预)和观察组(50 例,常规护理干预+产前情景式健康宣教+协同式待产心理护理).比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组的分娩前准备、分娩过程及育儿知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的结果效能、期望效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的阴道分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 产前情景式健康宣教联合协同式待产心理护理可提高初产妇的认知情况及心理状态,改善分娩自我效能及分娩结局,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of prenatal situational health education combined with collaborative prenatal psychological care on delivery self-efficacy and delivery outcome of primipara.Methods A total of 100 primiparas admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different admission time,the primiparas were divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention+prenatal situational health education+collaborative prenatal psychological care).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of pre-delivery preparation,delivery process and parenting knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of outcome effectiveness and expected effectiveness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal situational health education combined with collaborative prenatal psychological care can improve the cognitive situation and psychological state of primipara,ameliorate delivery self-efficacy and delivery outcome,which is worthy of promotion.
