Effects of prenatal situational health education combined with collaborative prenatal psychological care on delivery self-efficacy and delivery outcome of primipara
Objective To explore the effects of prenatal situational health education combined with collaborative prenatal psychological care on delivery self-efficacy and delivery outcome of primipara.Methods A total of 100 primiparas admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different admission time,the primiparas were divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention+prenatal situational health education+collaborative prenatal psychological care).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of pre-delivery preparation,delivery process and parenting knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of outcome effectiveness and expected effectiveness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal situational health education combined with collaborative prenatal psychological care can improve the cognitive situation and psychological state of primipara,ameliorate delivery self-efficacy and delivery outcome,which is worthy of promotion.
