摘要
目的 探讨Otago运动干预在缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至2021 年7月本院接诊的 58例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各 29 例.对照组采用常规康复护理,研究组采用Otago运动干预.比较两组的肢体运动功能、平衡功能、跌倒效能及干预效果.结果 干预后,研究组的Fugl-Meyer量表评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后,研究组的Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后,研究组的跌倒功效量表(MFES)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后,研究组的干预总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的75.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Otago运动干预能够提高缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的干预效果,改善患者的肢体运动功能、平衡功能及跌倒效能,值得临床推广及应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Otago exercise intervention in hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 58 hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke who were admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation nursing,and the study group was adopted with Otago exercise intervention.The limb motor function,balance function,fall efficacy and intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg balance scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Modified Fall Efficacy Scale(MFES)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the total effective rate of intervention in the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than 75.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Otago exercise intervention can improve the intervention effect of ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve the limb motor function,balance function and fall efficacy of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
