Application effect of task-oriented nursing mode combined with mirror rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of task-oriented nursing mode combined with mirror rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 90 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given task-oriented nursing mode combined with mirror rehabilitation training. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the level of never growth factor(NGF)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and myelin basic protein(MBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the latency of N20 in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amplitude was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The task-oriented nursing mode combined with mirror rehabilitation training can promote the improvement of limb function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke, regulate the levels of nerve-related factors, and enhance somatosensory evoked potential, which is worthy of promotion.
