Application value of goal-oriented nursing model in patients with brain glioma and its influence on self-care ability
Objective To explore the application value of goal-oriented nursing model in patients with brain glioma and its influence on self-care ability.Methods A total of 117 patients with brain glioma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into routine nursing group(52 cases,routine nursing)and goal-oriented group(65 cases,goal-oriented nursing model)by cross double-blind method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the life attitude,life goal,self-control,interpersonal relationship,acceptance and adaptation scores and total score of the goal-oriented group were higher than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the goal-oriented group were lower than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Exercise Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)score of the goal-oriented group was higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the goal-oriented group was higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05)Conclusion The goal-oriented nursing model has higher application value in patients with brain glioma.
