Objective To construct a scientific and sensitive index system for the transfer nursing of surgical patients,and to provide quality evaluation basis for the transfer of surgical patients.Methods The subject group was set up,and the consultation experts were determined.Based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory,the Delphi expert consultation method was used to determine the sensitive index system of transfer nursing for surgical patients after two rounds of consultation.Results The expert positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 95.652%and 100.000%,the authority coefficients were 0.880 and 0.893,and the Kendall's W were 0.182-0.361 and 0.202-0.380,respectively,the test results were statistically significant(P<0.05),the Kendall's W of the second round was greater than that of the first round.Conclusion The sensitive index system of transfer nursing for patients with surgery has high reliability,which can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the evaluation of nursing quality for patients with surgery.
