摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环管理在西药配药中的应用效果及对降低配药内部差错发生率的影响.方法 随机选择2020 年2月至2022 年 2月我院开具的80 张西药处方单,以非同周期法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40张.对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施PDCA循环管理.管理前、后西药房共计 12 名工作人员.比较两组的配药差错发生情况、整体管理质量、配药用时、取药等候时间及满意度.结果 观察组的配药差错总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的存放管理、制度落实、标志管理、培训评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的配药用时、取药等候时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PDCA循环管理在西药配药中的应用效果明显,可降低配药差错发生率,缩短配药用时、取药等候时间,提升整体管理质量及患者满意度,值得临床进一步推广和应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in western medicine dispensing and its influence on reducing the incidence of internal dispensing errors.Methods A total of 80 western medicine prescription lists issued by our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by non-same cycle method,with 40 prescriptions in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle management.There were 12 staff in the western pharmacy before and after management.The occurrence of dispensing errors,overall management quality,dispensing time,waiting time of taking medicine and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of dispensing errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of storage management,system implementation,logo management and training in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dispensing time and waiting time of taking medicine in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management in western medicine dispensing has a obvious application effect,which can reduce the incidence of dispensing errors,shorten the dispensing time and waiting time of taking medicine,and improve the overall management quality and patient satisfaction,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
