混合痔改良外剥内扎术切口设计的研究进展

摘要
混合痔是肛肠科的常见疾病,迄今为止,应用最广泛的手术方式之一为外剥内扎术.传统术式疗效确切,但是术后常出现创缘水肿、疼痛、肛门狭窄等不同程度的并发症.近年来,随着对痔发病机制及解剖生理认识的不断深入,临床上基于外剥内扎术衍生出种类繁多的改良术式,降低了传统外剥内扎术治疗后并发症的严重程度.通过查阅近 5年国内文献资料,就基于外剥内扎术的各种改良术式中外痔切口设计进行如下综述,旨在深入分析临床治疗混合痔时外剥内扎术式中切口的设计策略,为医疗实践提供切实可行的参考.
Abstract
Mixed hemorrhoid is a common disease in anorectal department,so far,one of the most widely used surgical methods is external dissection and internal ligation.The traditional operation is effective,but postoperative complications such as traumatic edge edema,pain and anal stenosis often occur.In recent years,with the deepening of the understanding of the pathogenesis and anatomy and physiology of hemorrhoids,a wide variety of improved surgical methods have been derived from the external dissection and internal ligation in clinical practice,which reduces the severity of postoperative complications of traditional external dissection and internal ligation.By referring to the domestic literature in the past 5 years,the following review is made on the incision design of external hemorrhoids in various improved surgical methods based on external dissection and internal ligation,aiming to further analyze the incision design strategy of external dissection and internal ligation in clinical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,and provide practical reference for medical practice.
