Analysis of occupational stress of grassroots medical staff and its influencing factors in western Yunnan province
Objective To understand the current situation of occupational stress among grassroots medical staff and its influencing factors in western Yunnan province.Methods A field survey was conducted from June to December 2022,the multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select grassroots medical staff in the western Yunnan province,the occupational stress of grassroots medical staff was evaluated by the Clinician Occupational Stress Scale.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of occupational stress in grassroots medical staff.Results The total score of occupational stress of 786 grassroots medical staff was(96.16±15.36)points,and the score of organizational management dimension was the highest,with(20.33±4.44)points,the score of interpersonal relationship dimension was the lowest,with(5.46±1.79)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that position,employment form,weekly working hours and daily sleep time were the influencing factors of occupational stress of grassroots medical staff(P＜0.05).Conclusion Grassroots medical staff have great pressure in their daily work.Therefore,grassroots medical units should appropriately reduce the workload of medical staff,reasonably arrange shifts,and pay more attentions to the physical and mental health of medical staff,so as to effectively reduce the occupational pressure of grassroots medical staff.
