Effect of Shuxuening injection combined with urokinase and tirofiban on acute ischemic stroke and its influences on nerve factors and platelet activating factors
Objective To analyze the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with urokinase and tirofiban on acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 200 AIS patients admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into control group(n=100,urokinase+tirofiban)and study group(n=100,Shuxuening injection+urokinase+tirofiban).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00％,which was significantly higher than 82.00％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of thromboxane,platelet activating factor,fibrinogen(Fg)and platelet aggregation rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function classification of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with urokinase and tirofiban has a significant effect in the treatment of AIS.It can improve the cognitive function and prognosis of patients by regulating nerve factors and hemorheology indexes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
