Application effect of ultrasound-guided distal radial artery puncture in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
Objective To analyze the application effect of ultrasound-guided distal radial artery puncture in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods The data of 530 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from June to August 2022 were collected,300 patients with distal radial artery puncture under ultrasound guidance were taken as observation group, and 230 patients with proximal radial artery puncture under ultrasound guidance were taken as control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The pain of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 15.67%,which was lower than 33.48%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided distal radial artery puncture can significantly improve the success rate of puncture in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention, reduce the difficulty of postoperative care, decrease patient pain, improve medical experience, degrade the incidence of complications, lessen the use of consumables, and increase patients'satisfaction.
