Effect of ultra-early small bone window minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage removal on cerebral hemorrhage and its influences on postoperative functional recovery and self-care ability of patients
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultra-early small bone window minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage removal in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. After admission, all patients received minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage removal with small bone window.According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group(n=40,surgery within 6-24 h of onset)and study group(n=40,surgery within 6 h of onset). The clinical efficacy, serum indexes, hemodynamic indexes, brain metabolism indexes, neurological function and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiopoietin-1(Ang-1)and vasopressin(AVP)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the level of fetal liver kinase-1(FLK-1)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak systolic velocity(PSV),mean velocity(Vm),N-acetylaspartate(NAA)/creatine(Cr)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and choline(Cho)/Cr was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra-early small bone window minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage removal is effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,it can improve serum indexes, brain circulation and metabolism, and promote the recovery of neurological function and self-care ability of patients.
