Effects of Jianpi Qingfei decoction combined with gefitinib on TCM syndromes and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients with spleen and lung Qi deficiency syndrome
Objective To explore the effects of Jianpi Qingfei decoction combined with gefitinib on TCM syndromes and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients with spleen and lung Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods A total of 140 patients with lung adenocarcinoma admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group(70 cases, gefitinib)and observation group(70 cases,Jianpi Qingfei decoction combined with gefitinib)by random number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of cough, bloody sputum, fatigue, dry mouth and less drinking, and five upset fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CD3+,CD4+and natural killer(NK)cell in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),tissue polypeptide specific antigen(TPS),cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qingfei decoction combined with gefitinib has a significant effect in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma patients with spleen and lung Qi deficiency syndrome. It can ameliorate TCM syndromes, improve immune function, and then improve the prognosis of patients.
