Clinical effect of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome admitted from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of social relations,physical,environmental and psychological dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-18(IL-18)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the EULAR Sjgren's Syndrome Disease Activity Index(ESSDAI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome,which can improve the psychological state,quality of life,sleep quality,serum inflammatory factors levels and disease activity of patients.
