Effect of Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction in the treatment of perimeno-pausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome and its influence on endocrine function
Objective To explore the effect of Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome and its influence on endocrine function.Methods A total of 300 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,endocrine function,quality of life and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.67％,which was higher than 83.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol(E2)was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire(MENQOL)and Kupperman scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Jieyu Shugan decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can not only improve the overall therapeutic effect,but also effectively regulate the endocrine function of patients,thereby improving the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
