Influences of case nursing combined with perioperative psychological nursing on postoperative rehabilitation effect,psychological state and FACT-G score of patients with endometrial carcinoma
Objective To explore the application effect of case nursing combined with perioperative psychological nursing in endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 72 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted in our hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing schemes,the patients were divided into control group(n=36,routine nursing)and observation group(n=36,case nursing combined with perioperative psychological nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative exhaust time,start eating time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale(WEMWBS)was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy(FACT-G)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The case nursing combined with perioperative psychological nursing can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with endometrial carcinoma and improve the mental health status and quality of life.
