Effects of incentive psychological intervention on physiological stress and emotional status of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section
Objective To explore the effects of incentive psychological intervention on physiological stress and emotional status of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section. Methods From February 2020 to April 2022,60 parturients undergoing elective cesarean section in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The parturients were numbered according to the order of admission, and then divided into routine group and intervention group by double-blind method, with 30 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group was given incentive psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The emotional status, physiological stress indexes and postoperative recovery indexes of the two groups were compared. Results One day before operation, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups decreased, and those in the intervention group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).At 30 min before operation and before abdominal closure during operation, the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time, first ambulation time and hospitalization time of the intervention group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive psychological intervention can reduce the physiological stress of parturients undergoing elective cesarean section, improve emotional status and promote postoperative rehabilitation, which is worthy of promotion.
