Effects of midwives-led prenatal group health management and health care model on delivery confidence and delivery outcome in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy
Objective To analyze the application effect of midwives-led prenatal group health management and health care model in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods A total of 184 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy admitted from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 92 cases in each group.Both groups were given levothyroxine replacement therapy,the control group was given routine nursing on the basis of replacement therapy,and the observation group was given midwives-led prenatal group health management and health care model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of outcome expectation and self-efficacy expectation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of emotional management,daily life management,disease symptom management and disease cognitive management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The midwives-led prenatal group health management and health care model can be used in the nursing of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy,which can change the psychological state,enhance the delivery confidence and health management ability,and improve the delivery outcome.
