Effects of systematic nursing under the background of medical alliance on limb function,nerve defect and psychological resilience of caregivers in stroke patients
Objective To explore the effects of systematic nursing under the background of medical alliance on limb function,nerve defect and psychological resilience of caregivers in stroke patients.Methods A total of 180 stroke patients who were treated in Shangluo Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given systematic nursing under the background of medical alliance on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the limb function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After discharge,the scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,social function and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism of caregivers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization days of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the hospitalization expenses was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the score of disease related knowledge awareness in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing under the background of medical alliance can effectively improve the limb function,neurological function and caregivers psychological resilience of stroke patients.
