Effects of health education based on family-hospital joint concept combined with sandplay on resistance emotion and behavioral problems in school-age children with bronchiolitis
Objective To analyze the effects of health education based on family-hospital joint concept combined with sandplay on resistance emotion and behavioral problems in school-age children with bronchiolitis.Methods A total of 80 school-age children with bronchiolitis admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received health education based on family-hospital joint concept combined with sandplay on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Family Caregiver Task Inventory(FCTI)and resistance emotion scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of FCTI and resistance emotion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in scores of each dimension of Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of each dimension of CBCL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in cysteinyl leukotrienes(CysLTs)and surfactant protein-D(SP-D)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of CysLTs and SP-D in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on family-hospital joint concept combined with sandplay can alleviate the resistance emotion of school-age children with bronchiolitis,improve behavioral problems,and relieve the body's inflammatory response,which is worthy of promotion.
