Application effect of atomization inhalation auxiliary nursing mode in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis
Objective To explore the application effect of atomization inhalation auxiliary nursing mode in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 200 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into atomization group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)by random number table method. Both groups received routine anti-tuberculosis treatment, the control group received routine nursing on the basis of routine treatment, the atomization group received atomization inhalation auxiliary nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The intervention effect, symptom disappearance time, sputum negative conversion and lesion absorption were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate of intervention in the atomization group was 98.00%,which was higher than 88.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time, expectoration disappearance time, suffocation disappearance time and night sweat disappearance time in the atomization group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate of the atomization group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment, the lesion absorption effect of the atomization group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The atomization inhalation auxiliary nursing mode in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis has a significant application effect, which can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms, promote the negative conversion of sputum bacteria and improve the absorption of lesions.
