Influences of quantitative assessment process nursing on blood pressure control and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension
Objective To observe the influences of quantitative assessment process nursing on blood pressure control and pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods A total of 90 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group received quantitative assessment process nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of malnutrition in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the standard-reaching rate of disease control cognition and exercise compliance rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative assessment process nursing applied in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension has a significant effect, which can improve the nutritional status, degree of disease control cognition, negative emotions and exercise compliance, control the blood pressure level in an ideal category, and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
