Application effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the traditional Chinese medicine ascending and descending theory in chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach Qi stagnation type
Objective To analyze the application effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the traditional Chinese medicine ascending and descending theory in chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach Qi stagnation type.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach Qi stagnation type were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group received syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the traditional Chinese medicine ascending and descending theory on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and modified Mayo activity index of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ),pepsinogen Ⅱ(PG Ⅱ)and pepsinogen ratio(PGR)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of systemic symptom,intestinal symptom,social function,mental health and total score of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the traditional Chinese medicine ascending and descending theory applied in chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach Qi stagnation type has significant effect,it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,increase the eradica-tion rate of Hp,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and ultimately upgrade the quality of life,which is worth promoting.
