Effects of enabling nursing mode on mood state and self-management ability of patients undergoing prostate surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of enabling nursing mode in patients undergoing prostate surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients with prostate hyperplasia admitted in our hospital from August 30,2019 to August 31,2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given enabling nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the two groups decreased, those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSES)in the two groups increased, those in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS)in the two groups increased, those in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enabling nursing mode can effectively alleviate bad mood, improve self-efficacy and self-management ability of patients undergoing prostate surgery.
