Application effect of staged health education model in patients with anal fistula surgery and its influence on their self-care ability
Objective To explore the application effect of staged health education model in patients with anal fistula surgery and its influence on their self-care ability.Methods A total of 50 patients with anal fistula who underwent surgery treatment from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given staged health education model nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative ambulation time,first urination time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the awareness rate of disease knowledge and total compliance rate of nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged health education model applied in patients with anal fistula surgery has good effect.
