Effects of cluster nursing based on WeChat platform on quality of life and arteriovenous fistula function in hemodialysis patients
Objective To explore the effects of cluster nursing based on WeChat platform on the quality of life and arteriovenous fistula function of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 110 hemodialysis patients admitted from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received cluster nursing based on WeChat platform.The occurrence of arteriovenous fistula dysfunction,quality of life,self-management ability,complications,renal function indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of arteriovenous fistula dysfunction in the observation group was 5.45％,which was lower than 20.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)and self-management behavior in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.64％,which was lower than 14.55％in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.36％,which was higher than 83.64％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing based on WeChat platform can reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistula dysfunction in hemodialysis patients,decrease the risk of complications,improve renal function,elevate the quality of life and self-management ability of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
