Effects of acceptance and commitment therapy combined with comprehensive pain nursing on pain degree and disease self-perception in patients with perianal abscess
Objective To explore the effects of acceptance and commitment therapy combined with comprehensive pain nursing on pain degree and disease self-perception in patients with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 80 patients with perianal abscess admitted from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was adopted acceptance and commitment therapy combined with comprehensive pain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Revised Illness Perception Questionnaire(IPQ-R)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of role adaptation,self-concept,physiological state and interdependence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy combined with comprehensive pain nursing can not only reduce the pain degree of patients with perianal abscess,but also increase disease self-perception ability,postoperative adaptability,and improve psychological state,which is worthy of promotion.
