Effects of nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with position change nursing on blood gas analysis index and disease control in children with neonatal pneumonia
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with position change nursing on blood gas analysis index and disease control in children with neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted in our department from May 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with position change nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the percutaneous oxygen saturation(SpO2)and partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of disease control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude, nursing technology, health education and total score of satisfaction of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with position change nursing can improve the blood gas analysis indexes of children with neonatal pneumonia, elevate the effect of disease control, reduce adverse events, and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members, which is worthy of promotion.
