Objective To analyze the application effect of two-way quality feedback nursing mode in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,120 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given two-way quality feedback nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of fecal occult blood turning negative and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the incidences of hepatic encephalopathy,secondary infection,constipation and rebleeding were lower than those in the routine group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the two groups decreased,the score of Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)increased,and those in the observation group were better than the routine group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease inducement,disease symptoms,disease harm and self-treatment plan in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the routine group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The two-way quality feedback nursing mode can shorten the rehabilitation process of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,reduce the incidence of adverse events,alleviate the psychological burden,improve sleep disorders,upgrade the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,so as to achieve the ideal nursing effect.
