Effects of free position accompanied by doula combined with psychological resilience support on the emotional state of labor and delivery confidence of primiparas
Objective To explore the effects of free position accompanied by doula combined with psychological resilience support on the emotional state of labor and delivery confidence of primiparas. Methods A total of 80 primiparas admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group added the free position accompanied by doula combined with psychological resilience support on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results During labor and 2 h after delivery, the scores of Childbirth Attitudes Questionnaires(CAQ)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At delivery, the scores of each parallel subscale of the Short Form of the Chinese Childbirth Self-Efficacy Inventory(CBSEI-C32)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The free position accompanied by doula combined with psychological resilience support for primiparas delivery intervention can not only regulate the emotional state of labor, elevate the confidence of delivery, but also improve the outcome of delivery, which is worthy of promotion.
