Effects of comprehensive health management based on timing theory combined with cluster cardiac rehabilitation nursing on disease perception pressure and myocardial injury markers in patients after cardiac intervention
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive health management based on timing theory combined with cluster cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients after cardiac intervention. Methods A total of 100 patients with cardiac intervention admitted from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive health management based on timing theory combined with cluster cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB)and cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnl)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of cognitive function, symptoms, physical function, psychosocial function, satisfaction and adverse reactions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive health management based on timing theory combined with cluster cardiac rehabilitation nursing has a good application effect in patients after cardiac intervention.
