Application value of visual triage flow chart combined with body position intervention in elderly patients with emergency chest pain
Objective To analyze the application value of visual triage flow chart combined with body position intervention in elderly patients with emergency chest pain. Methods A total of 154 elderly patients with emergency chest pain admitted in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 77 cases in each group. The control group was given body position intervention, and the study group was given visual triage flow chart intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of emergency stay, first aid, triage evaluation and hospitalization of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, systolic blood pressure(SBP),respiratory rate(RR)and heart rate(HR)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Seattle Angina Questionnaiire(SAQ)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The visual triage flow chart combined with body position intervention can effectively shorten the first aid time of elderly patients with emergency chest pain, relieve negative emotions, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
