脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的防治与康复护理进展

摘要
平衡功能障碍是脑卒中后常见的并发症,也是引起脑卒中患者跌倒的主要原因之一,如不积极防治,不仅妨碍了脑卒中患者步行功能的恢复,而且还影响了其日常生活质量.因此,探索有效的康复治疗及护理方法,不仅有利于脑卒中患者肢体功能的恢复,防止跌倒等意外事件,还对改善患者的生活质量有积极意义.笔者从脑卒中后平衡功能障碍发生的原因、防治及康复护理等方面,对目前脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的研究进展做了概括,以期能为临床医护人员更好地指导脑卒中患者的恢复提供一定的参考帮助.
Abstract
Balance dysfunction is a common complication after stroke,and it is also one of the main causes of falls in stroke patients,if it is not actively prevented and treated,it not only hinders the recovery of walking function in stroke patients,but also affects the quality of daily life.Therefore,exploring effective rehabilitation treatment and nursing methods is not only conducive to the recovery of limb function in stroke patients,preventing accidents such as falls,but also has positive significance for improving the quality of life of patients.The author summarizes the current research progress of balance dysfunction after stroke from the aspects of the causes,prevention and rehabilitation nursing,so as provide some reference for clinical medical staff to better guide the recovery of stroke patients.
