缺血性脑卒中是最常见的脑卒中类型,其致残率和致死率极高,对社会造成很大的经济压力。早期恢复缺血区域的血供、减少神经功能损伤是目前治疗的重点。丹参酮ⅡA是从丹参中提取的一种脂溶性成分,是治疗缺血性脑卒中、实现脑保护作用的天然药物制剂之一,其药理作用包括心脑血管保护、神经保护、改善微循环、抗肿瘤、抗炎等。本文将丹参酮ⅡA治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究机制现状进行综述,以为丹参酮ⅡA的临床应用及治疗缺血性脑卒中提供理论依据。
Research status and prospect of the mechanism of tanshinone ⅡA in the treatment of ischemic stroke
Ischemic stroke is the most common type of stroke,with extremely high disability and mortality rates,causing great economic pressure on society.Early recovery of blood supply in the ischemic area and reduction of neurological damage are the focus of current treatment.Tanshinone Ⅱ A is a fat-soluble component extracted from Salvia miltiorrhiza,it is one of the natural pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of ischemic stroke and brain protection,its pharmacological effects include cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection,neuroprotection,improvement of microcirculation,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and so on.In this paper,the research mechanism of tanshinone Ⅱ A in the treatment of ischemic stroke is reviewed,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of tanshinone Ⅱ A and the treatment of ischemic stroke.
