摘要
甲状腺癌(TC)是常见的内分泌肿瘤,目前针对该病治疗仍以手术为主.除常规手术治疗外,常见的TC药物治疗手段包括放射性碘治疗(RAIT)、分子靶向药物治疗、促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗、新辅助化疗以及中医治疗等.本文旨在综述分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)药物治疗的研究现状,以为其治疗思路提供借鉴.
Abstract
Thyroid cancer(TC)is a common endocrine tumor.At present,surgery is still the main treatment for this disease.In addition to conventional surgical treatment,common TC drug treatments include radioactive iodine therapy(RAIT),molecular targeted drug therapy,thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)inhibition therapy,neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,etc.This article aims to review the research status of drug therapy for differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC),so as to provide reference for its treatment ideas.
