摘要
慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)属于前列腺炎的一种,是泌尿外科常见病、多发病,患者的主诉通常以下腹、睾丸和会阴部疼痛不适为主,严重影响其生活质量.由于CP/CPPS的病因和发病机制至今还未明确,故该疾病目前暂不存在根治方法,临床治疗目标是以缓解疼痛症状、改善患者生活质量为主.泌尿科医师在临床实践与总结中不断更新治疗CP/CPPS的药物和治疗手段,基于此,笔者就近年来国内外相关文献对CP/CPPS的治疗做一综述.
Abstract
Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes(CP/CPPS)is a kind of prostatitis,which is a common and frequently-occurring disease in urology.The main complaint of patients is usually pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen,testis and perineum,which seriously affects their quality of life.Because the etiology and pathogenesis of CP/CPPS are still unclear,there is currently no cure for the disease.The clinical treatment goal is to relieve pain symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.Urologists constantly update the drugs and treatment methods for the treatment of CP/CPPS in clinical practice and summary.Based on this,the author reviews the treatment of CP/CPPS in recent years.
