Analysis of death cause monitoring data of residents in Liupanshui city from 2019 to 2022
Objective To analyze the death cause monitoring data of residents in Liupanshui city from 2019 to 2022,so as to provide references for making medical and health policies and strengthening disease prevention and control measures.Methods All case data with death time from January 2019 to December 2022 of Liupanshui city were collected from the population death information registration management system.Excel2019 software was used to sort out the data,and Jamovi2.3.13 software was used for statistical analysis.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze mortality rate,cause of death and life expectancy.Results Among the residents in Liupanshui city from 2019 to 2022,the crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate of males were higher than those of females(P<0.01).The top 7 causes of death among residents in Liupanshui city were cerebrovascular disease,malignant tumor,heart disease,injury and poisoning,respiratory disease,digestive system disease,endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases.From 2019 to 2022,the life expectancy per capita of residents in Liupanshui city is 74.50,75.40,75.53 and 74.80 years,respectively.Conclusion From 2019 to 2022,the main cause of death among residents in Liupanshui city is chronic non-communicable diseases.A chronic disease prevention and control system led by the government,coordinated by multiple departments and participated by the whole people should be established to reduce the mortality rate of chronic diseases.
