Analysis of the current status and influencing factors of hypotension in patients with uremic hemodialysis
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of hypotension in patients with uremic hemodialysis. Methods A total of 118 patients with uremic hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from August 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. The general data and laboratory indexes of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, and the occurrence of hypotension was counted.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of hypotension in patients. Results There were 37 cases of hypotension in 118 uremic hemodialysis patients, with an occurrence of 31.36%.According to the occurrence of hypotension, the patients were divided into occurrence group(n=37)and non-occurrence group(n=81).The proportion of diabetes, hypoproteinemia and ultrafiltration rate in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group, the systolic blood pressure before dialysis was lower than that in the non-occurrence group, and the dialysis time was longer than that in the non-occurrence group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes, hypoproteinemia, ultrafiltration rate and dialysis time were risk factors for hypotension in patients with uremic hemodialysis, and systolic blood pressure before dialysis was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of hypotension in patients with uremic hemodialysis is high, which is related to diabetes, hypoproteinemia, ultrafiltration rate, systolic blood pressure before dialysis and dialysis time, clinical intervention measures can be formulated accordingly to reduce the occurrence of hypotension.
