摘要
目的 探讨肺康复治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年8月至2022年8月收治的150 例COPD患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(75 例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(75 例,常规西药+肺康复治疗).比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)水平及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、Borg评分均低于对照组,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、膈肌增厚分数(DTF)均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 肺康复治疗在COPD患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 150 COPD patients admitted from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(75 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(75 cases,conventional western medicine+pulmonary rehabilitation therapy)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β)and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),Borg score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),diaphragm thickening fraction(DTF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in patients with COPD has a significant application effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
