Application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To explore the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 150 COPD patients admitted from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(75 cases, conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(75 cases, conventional western medicine+pulmonary rehabilitation therapy)by random number table method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),tumor necrosis factor-β(TNF-β)and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),Borg score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),diaphragm thickening fraction(DTF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in patients with COPD has a significant application effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
