Clinical effect of intrauterine Bigatti shaver system in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intrauterine Bigatti shaver(IBS)system in the treatment of intrauterine adhesion(IUA).Methods A total of 190 patients with IUA who were admitted in the day ward of gynecology and obstetrics department in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from September 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group(n=85)and observation group(n=105).The control group was treated with circular bipolar electrotomy, and the observation group was treated with IBS system. The operation time, uterine fluid absorption, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative endometrial thickness, uterine cavity morphology and menstrual improvement were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the uterine fluid absorption was less than that of the control group, and the postoperative endometrial thickness was greater than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of uterine cavity morphology and menstrual improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the circular bipolar electrotomy, the IBS system has shorter operation time, less uterine fluid absorption, and better improvement of uterine cavity morphology and menstruation in the treatment of IUA.It is a safe and effective surgical method.
