Effects of transumbilical single-incision plus one-port laparoscopic redical resection of colorectal cancer on pain stress response and gastrointestinal hormone levels in colorectal cancer patients
Objective To investigate the effects of transumbilical single-incision plus one-port laparoscopic redical resection of colorectal cancer on pain stress response and gastrointestinal hormone levels in colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer admitted in our department from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,and the observation group was treated with transumbilical single-incision plus one-port laparoscopic redical resection of colorectal cancer.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incision length of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the first exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of substance P(SP),bradykinin(BK)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single-incision plus one-port laparoscopic redical resection of colorectal cancer can shorten the first exhaust time and hospitalization time of patients with colorectal cancer,reduce pain stress response,and improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,with less trauma,which is worthy of promotion.
