Effect of terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with Feilike mixture in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influences on GM-CSF and MPO levels
Objective To analyze the effect of terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with Feilike mixture in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influences on the levels of granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)and myeloperoxidase(MPO).Methods A total of 90 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from August 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of the admission number,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with Feilike mixture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration time of lung moist rales,cough and asthma,poor breathing,X-ray shadows and fever in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),tidal volume(TV),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukins-13(IL-13),C-reactive protein(CRP)and GM-CSF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MPO,cortisol(Cor)and cysteinyl leukotrienes(CysLTs)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of azithromycin,the implementation of terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with Feilike mixture can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,relieve clinical symptoms,improve inflammation and oxidative stress indexes levels,and has important clinical application value.
