Effects of remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia scheme on anesthetic effect and traumatic responses in patients undergoing partial hepatectomy
Objective To investigate the effects of remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia scheme on anesthetic effect and traumatic responses in patients undergoing partial hepatectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent partial hepatectomy from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different anesthesia schemes, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional anesthesia, and the observation group was given remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia. The hemodynamic indexes, traumatic response indexes and recovery of the two groups were compared. Results At 10 min after operation(T1)and at the end of operation(T2),the heart rate(HR)and mean artery pressure(MAP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T1 and T2,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after extubation and 15 min after extubation, the modified Observer's Assessment of Alertness/Sedation(OAA/S)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia scheme can improve the anesthesia effect of patients undergoing partial hepatectomy, reduce the traumatic responses, and facilitate postoperative recovery.
