Application effect of ropivacaine perineal infiltration combined with spinal canal anesthesia in labor analgesia anesthesia of primipara and its influence on delivery outcome
Objective To explore the application effect of ropivacaine perineal infiltration combined with spinal canal anesthesia in labor analgesia anesthesia of primipara and its influence on delivery outcome. Methods From January to July 2023,150 primiparas received in hospital were selected as the research objects, and the primiparas were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received spinal canal anesthesia, and the observation group received ropivacaine perineal infiltration on the basis of the control group. The pain degree, stress response indexes, delivery mode, adverse maternal and infant outcomes and neonatal birth quality were compared between the two groups. Results At 5,15,30 min after anesthesia and delivery, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 30 min after anesthesia and 10 min after delivery, the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)and cortisol(Cor)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of cesarean section and episiotomy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the incidences of neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine perineal infiltration combined with spinal canal anesthesia for labor analgesia anesthesia in primiparas can alleviate the pain degree and stress response of primiparas at different time periods, reduce adverse delivery outcomes, and has no effect on maternal and infant safety.
