Analysis of the occurrence and diagnostic significance of ischemic J wave in dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with acute coronary syndrome
Objective To analyze the occurrence and diagnostic significance of ischemic J wave in dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods The dynamic electrocardiogram data of 72 patients with ACS admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, including unstable angina pectoris(UAP)patients(UAP group)and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients(AMI group),with 36 cases in each group. The results of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram with and without myocardial ischemia were extracted once respectively. The incidence of ischemic J wave in dynamic electrocardiogram of the UAP group and the AMI group patients and the incidence of arrhythmia in patients with ischemic J wave in 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram during myocardial ischemia were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of ischemic J wave in 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram during myocardial ischemia in the UAP group was significantly higher than that without myocardial ischemia, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ischemic J wave in 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram during myocardial ischemia in the AMI group was significantly higher than that without myocardial ischemia, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of arrhythmia in patients with ischemic J wave in 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram between the UAP group and the AMI group(P>0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of ischemic J wave in dynamic electrocardiogram has high diagnostic value for ACS patients, and can also help guide doctors to provide prevention and treatment basis for ventricular arrhythmia in ACS patients,so as to ensure the prognosis of patients.
