Diagnostic value and imaging findings of color Doppler ultrasound in bladder diseases
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of various bladder diseases, and to summarize the ultrasonic imaging manifestations of various bladder diseases. Methods The color Doppler ultrasound images and clinical data of 50 patients with bladder diseases confirmed by clinical diagnosis and treatment in the First People's Hospital of Chengdu Longquanyi District from June 2019 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and the results of ultrasound diagnosis were analyzed. Results Among the 50 patients, there were 24 cases of bladder calculi,10 cases of bladder cancer,2 cases of bladder papilloma,6 cases of bladder diverticulum,1 case of bladder foreign body,2 cases of bladder blood clot,4 cases of glandular cystitis, and 1 case of bladder tuberculosis.Compared with the results of clinical diagnosis and treatment,1 case of bladder cancer was missed,2 cases of glandular cystitis were misdiagnosed as bladder cancer, and the rest were correctly diagnosed.A total of 47 cases were accurately diagnosed by ultrasound, and the overall diagnostic coincidence rate was 94.00%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography can observe the abnormal echo of bladder wall and bladder from volume, internal echo, blood flow, relationship with bladder wall and surrounding tissue structure by a non-invasive,real-time,dynamic and multi-directional way.It has a high diagnostic accuracy for bladder diseases and has important reference value for the selection of treatment options for bladder diseases.
